In 1986 IL FORNELLO introduced Toronto to wood-oven baked pizza and the response was overwhelming. From the very first day IL FORNELLO opened its doors our priority has been to provide our guests with the highest quality food and service possible. As a result, IL FORNELLO was the first Italian restaurant to offer gluten-free pizza and pasta on our menu and, most recently, an extensive and creative Vegan menu that has been extremely successful.

• IL FORNELLO Franchise fee $45,000.00
• Capital Requirements – $600,000.00 to $1,300,000.00
• Royalty rate 5%, unit advertising fee 1%
Franchisees receive complete training and ongoing support.
