In Italy "pizza a legna" (wood-fired pizza) is available everywhere, but it wasn't until Il FORNELLO opened their first Toronto restaurant and offered authentic, wood-fired oven, Neapolitan style, thin crust pizza that Torontonians were able to experience pizza the way it was meant to be enjoyed.
